Routine 21: Getting to Know Yourself
This routine is essential to learn more about yourself before moving on to the next steps. It includes a series of exercises designed to:

- Realign your body
- Improve your diction and position your voice
- Learn relaxation techniques
By practicing Routine 21 regularly, you will release tension , energize your body, and become more open. This solid foundation will prepare you to embody your characters with greater sincerity and depth.

Method Acting: Becoming Sincere in Your Acting
Unlike other techniques that focus solely on performance, this method aims to make you sincere in your playing . For this, it is crucial to understand:
- Who is your character?
- Where does he come from?
- Why he acts the way he does
Method Acting goes beyond traditional analysis by allowing you to embody your character on psychological, physical and emotional levels.

Improv & Games: Putting Your Learning into Practice
Improvisation and games are the final step in Chris's fundamentals. These exercises are designed to:
- Stimulate your creativity
- Develop your spontaneity
- Improve your concentration
By practicing improvisation and games, you will learn to let go and be freer in your daily life. This step allows you to connect Routine 21 and Method Acting, putting into practice everything you have learned.

Coaching Space was founded in 2021 by Chris & Anastasiia Dutoy, a dynamic husband and wife team, always eager to learn :)
This thirst has allowed them to acquire expertise in several fields, such as Movement Psychology, Neuropedagogy, Nutrition, and Sport.
