Fitness Training

Personal Training from FITMe goes beyond the regular programs you find at the gym. 

Depending on your goal, Anastasiia carries out precise tests to create a complete program, adapted to your body and which will adapt to your progress.
 
Train in the gym (already included in the price) and/or at your home. Anastasiia accompanies you to motivate you and ensure that the movements are performed correctly and safely.

Regular training allows you to have a direct impact on your physical and mental health, feel more energized, motivated and see visible results in a few months.  

 

NUTRITION

FITMe nutritional plan complements Personal Training to ensure optimal results. 

The plan allows you to have enough energy to perform at your best throughout your workout, lose fat, and sculpt your body.  

A personalized program, that adapts to your lifestyle (working hours, family life) and your dietary preferences. 

This part of the program includes not only the nutritional plan but also support to help you overcome all obstacles.

Habits Training from FitMe is a program for consolidating acquired knowledge. 

Anastasiia will give you tips for sticking to your plan in all circumstances: when the motivation and energy are not there. 

Habits Training will help you maintain your results over the long term.

Nutritional + fitness assessment

Your assessment is the starting point for establishing your goals. Thanks to our tests you will know exactly where you are (your strong and weak points). Together, we will discuss your assessment and create your personalized program. Your initial assessment helps us monitor your progress over time and adapt accordingly.

Personal Training FitMe 

The FUN part begins here! With Anastasiia, you will be trained in one of our partner gyms (no need to pay a subscription). Anastasiia is there to guide and motivate you and ensure that every movement is done correctly and safely. The workouts adapt to your tastes and desires. Personal Training is a great way to get in shape while having fun and forgetting about time.

FITMe nutritional plan is created in synergy with your workouts. Coach Anastasiia will discuss with you to really understand your desires and concerns to offer you the best solution. 
We offer both structured and flexible plans. It really depends on your personality and what suits you best.

 to create good habits linked to your goal and to stay motivated.
