Hi! My name is Anastasiia and this is my blog.

In this article, I would like to briefly introduce myself and tell what this blog is all about.

Originally from Ukraine, I have been interested in Nutrition, Healthy Lifestyle and Personal Development from a very young age.

This passion as well as my own personal struggles with extra weight led me to study nutrition in depth, and in 2019 I became a certified consultant in Nutrition and Wellness, and later become a Specialist in Weight Management.

Those who know me, know that my approach in based on progressive change, by slowly introducing healthy habits that would fit in your daily busy schedule. And such changes can not happen overnight. Day by day we can make small changes, get inspired by an idea or see a different solution we have not thought of before. Even though one-on-one coaching can be very powerful, we still need a place outside where we can discover and be inspired.

So I want to create such a space here.

In this blog, you will find books, useful links, recipes, ideas and more.

I want to include everything that helped me in the past with my weight loss, emotional well-being, and other philosophical ideas and practical tools that I still discover.

I want this place to be a place of inspiration, sharing our knowledge with each other, and moving forward together.
